Who are we?

Adriana Cardona, LCSW

I am a Latina therapist in Arizona. As a Latina, woman, partner, mother, sister, and friend I sometimes share similar experiences and identities as many of my clients. I take a holistic mind body approach in my practice. I recognize that cultural, societal, familial systems can significantly impact mental health.

 

In my practice we work together with your knowledge and experience to make sense of your life and modify what is not working for you. I strongly believe this is your journey and it is an honor to be a part of that journey with you.

As a Clinical Social Worker I offer telehealth services throughout the state of Arizona. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Arizona and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University.

isabel acevedo, Lpc

I have experience as a therapist in a wide variety of treatment settings and have worked in the field since 2012. I help adults, couples and families reach their potential. I develop strong therapeutic accords with my clients to ensure they feel safe and understood. I use many therapeutic approaches and tools to aid clients in healing, identifying unproductive beliefs and limiting behaviors, and discovering self-worth.

 

As a first generation Latina myself I want to help you grow and heal to become the best version of yourself. I like to make my clients feel empowered especially in a time where Latinos are facing so much stress in this country. I know it is not easy to ask for help in our culture so I am here to walk with you thru this process of growth and self exploration.
