Who are we?
Adriana Cardona, LCSW
As a Clinical Social Worker I offer telehealth services throughout the state of Arizona. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Arizona and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, which I obtained in 2011.
As a Latina, woman, partner, mother, sister, and friend I sometimes share similar experiences and identities as many of my clients. I take a holistic mind body approach in my practice. I recognize that cultural, societal, familial systems can significantly impact mental health.
In my practice we work together with your knowledge and experience to make sense of your life and modify what is not working for you. I strongly believe this is your journey and it is an honor to be a part of that journey with you.

Liz Lopez, LCSW
I hold a Bachelors in Social Work from California State University of Los Angeles and Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University.
I identify as a first-generation Latina therapist, dedicated at supporting neurodivergent mothers grappling with burnout, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. Born to immigrant parents from Mexico, I grew up in a bicultural household in Los Angeles, California where I developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Latina women. My experience of navigating two cultures inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, aiming to provide culturally sensitive care to those I serve.
My approach is to work alongside you, build a therapeutic relationship, and assist you in providing you with practical tools and support to address your unique needs. I am committed to fostering holistic well-being, supporting the connection between your mind, body, and soul. It will be a privilege to support you on your therapeutic process towards growth and fulfillment.
